Now Winter's Gone, and the Spring Has Come

Something happens inside of me as Spring unfolds. I'm not quite sure what it is; I can't quite figure it out; but I feel like I begin to wake up during Spring. I feel like I become more alive and aware as the sun warms my skin and the breeze becomes a little less chilled.
I have a deep feeling that this Spring and Summer are going to hold amazing things for me. That strange, wonderful things will happen. I had the same feeling at the beginning of last year, and sure enough, things did take place that were extraordinary. Already this year, some very complicated, new things have happened. Unexpected, and echo without a voice, a song without words.
And I have that same feeling this year. We'll see what takes place.
Do you wake up in Spring?

Tomorrow morning I'm leaving with dad to go to the Father/Daughter Retreat in Georgia, and will be gone until Monday. Prayers for safe travels would be appreciated. I'll post pictures when I get back. :)

Love you all!

I have the same feeling when spring arrives. It and summer are my favorite times of the year. I tend to get more depressed in the winter and when the days start getting longer and the sun higher in the sky it's as if my spirit perks up! Will be praying that your trip goes well.

Spring is such a lovely time!!! It brings me such a feeling of freshness and newness--along with excitement. I, too, can't wait to see what will happen this Spring and Summer!

Oh, the father'Daughter Retreat! How nice! I have a few friends that are going too, and wish I could be there. Maybe one day....;)

God Bless!
